GLS Delivery
In Hungary:
Reliable parcel shipment within defined standard delivery times is the strong point of GLS. Domestic parcels usually reach their destination the next working day. In Europe standard delivery times to neighbouring countries are generally 24 to 48 hours, and to almost all countries at a larger distance within 72 to 120 hours.
GLS delivers Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If the sender takes out no transport insurance, GLS compensates beyond the statutory liability up to the value of the goods to a maximum of HUF 50,000 per parcel. For high value goods an additional insurance is available.
Unsuccess delivery:
GLS Delivery to the recipient’s address on the first delivery attempt. In the case of unsuccess delivery, the GLS driver then leaves a notification card for the recipient and places the parcel at the nearest pick-up point (ShopDelivery service point).

More than 650 collection points in 270 towns. At the selected GLS ParcelShop the customers may collect the ordered goods within 24 hours. The addressee will be sent notification via text message (SMS) and/or email once the parcel has been delivered to the selected GLS ParcelShop. There are 5 working days available in which to collect the consignment against presentation of a valid personal identity document. The cash on delivery payment option is available at all collection points, with many shops accepting bank cards. On the third working day, GLS sends another notification (email) if the parcel has not yet been collected at the GLS ParcelShop. In case of sending packages to a GLS Parcellocker the maximum dimensions can not be over the following: 42 cm height * 51 cm depth * 39 cm width.
